The inaugural Blue Wave Jazz Festival will be Friday, 11/15/24, from late afternoon into the evening. This festival is intended to create the opportunity for bands to receive feedback in written, recorded, and clinic formats during the first semester of school. Entry fees are $200 per band (schools bringing more than one band can reduce the fee by $50 for each additional group: $150 for the second, $100 for the third, and so on). Combos are welcome! Bands will 30 minutes to perform and be cliniced, feel free to perform one tune and work with the clinician for the rest of the time, play for 30 and enjoy the recorded comments at home, or whatever you prefer in between.
